It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie L. Keiper of Scotrun, Pennsylvania, born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 21, 2020, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Junz. She is survived by: her parents, Drue W. Miller and Mary Lou Smith of Scotrun; her uncle David Smith of Marshalls Creek; and her aunt Debra Henry of Tannersville.
