He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul F. Collins, Sr. and Thelma Crone Collins McMullen; his former wife Marietta H. Collins; his siblings, Alma Grace Locke, JoAnn Bosco and Dr. William Collins; his stepfather Michael McMullen; and his half-sister Dorothy Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Harper Collins; his children, Rhonda Collins of Cockeysville, MD and Gary Collins (Carol) of Reston, VA; and his sister Helen Jean Yednock of Harrisburg, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
