We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2019, at the age of 80, Robert Kelsey (Sciota, Pennsylvania), born in Staten Island, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Carole Ann Kelsey (Parker); and his parents, Harry Kelsey and Celia Kelsey (Lewis). He is survived by: his sons, Robert Kelsey of Lackawaxen, Scott Kelsey (Charing) of Lexington, KY, Todd Kelsey (Emily) of Cornwall, NY and Craig Kelsey (Christine) of Effort; his siblings, William Kelsey (Colleen) of Sciota and Karen Kelly of Staten Island, NY; his grandchildren, Samantha, Tristan, Scott, Morgan, Zachary, Carter, Jessica, Rachel, Olivia, Sean, Brandon, Katie and Liam; and his great grandchild Dolly.
