She was predeceased by: her husband Albert C. Civarelli; her parents, Edward Kowalski and Madeline Kowalski (Melson); and her brothers, Edward R. Kowalski and Joseph Kowalski.
She is survived by: her daughter Gina Crowley (John) of Sciota; her sister Theresa Roman; and her grandchildren, Luke, Travis and Gretchen Crowley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
