She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Warren Baines; her parents, James Sullivan and Helen Sullivan (O'Malley); and her brothers, Joseph and Frank Sullivan.

She is survived by: her children, Timothy Baines of Sciota, Thomas Baines of Kresgeville, Richard Baines Jr. of Brodheadsville, Noreen Koch (Joe) of Kunkletown, Bridget Donato (Joe) of Stroudsburg, Bernadette Hennion (Stewart) of Sciota, Maureen Leap (Scott) of Stroudsburg, Eileen Cassino (Joe) of Miami, FL, Monica Baines of Effort and Kathleen Nicholas (Donn) of Finger Lakes, NY; and her sister Helen Martin of Farmingdale, NY. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
