He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Higgins, Sr. and Maria Vincenta Pakut Higgins of Brooklyn, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Eileen Rama (Chris) of New Milford, CT, Karen Dunn (Steve) of East Northport, NY and Cheryl Brennan (Sean) of Gilbertsville, PA; his grandchildren, Logan, Maisie, Griffin Rama, Lauren, Ryan Dunn, Madeline and Kayla Brennan; and his siblings, John, Carole and Janie. He is also survived by 4 nephews, 1 niece and several cousins.
In lieu of sending flowers the family would ask for donations/tributes to be made in Bill's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation or The Dementia Society of America.
