He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon M. Bush and Anna Stoudt Bush. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Bush (Riegel); his former wife Helen Cebula Bush; his children, Bonnie Proulx (Dennis) of Woodstock, Georgia and Andrew Bush (Jennifer) of Downingtown, PA; and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Kyler and Alyssa.
