With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelby J. Meng (Schwenksville, Pennsylvania), born in Anchorage, Alaska, who passed away on June 24, 2019 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald L. Meng; and her parents, Edward G. Rosser, Jr. and Joan E. Rosser. She is survived by: her siblings, Elois Wallace, David Rosser and Tolli Rutter (Dave); her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Cavanagh (Mike), Jayne Rutter, Keith Rutter and Michael Rutter; her great-niece Cali Cavanagh; and her great-nephew Bud Cavanagh.
