He was predeceased by: his father George Pavlicka; his stepfather Samuel Sasso; and his daughter Jeaneane Pavlicka. He is survived by: his mother Ann "Nancy" Pavlicka (Speicher); his wife Dana Davis Pavlicka; his children, Sam, Brian and Kristine Savage (Bailey); his siblings, Doria Camaraza, Georgeanne Otto (Lester) and Gregory Pavlicka (Penny); and his pets, Lucy and Coco Bean.
