He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary I. McGoldrick; and his parents, Thomas McGoldrick and Catherine McGoldrick. He is survived by: his children, Michael J. McGoldrick, Jr. (Carol) of Oxford, PA and Doreen Fegely (Jerome) of Hatfield; and his grandchildren, Andrew Huber, Michael J. McGoldrick, III, Jilleyn Fegley and Dacey Fegley.
