She was predeceased by: her mother Kathleen McGuckin (Walsh). She is survived by: her spouse Dean Leach; her father Francis McGuckin, Sr.; her siblings, Frank McGuckin (Dee) of Hatboro and Kathleen Kochen of Gilbertsville; and her nieces and nephews, Frankie McGuckin (Kelly), Deanna McGuckin, Ryan Kochen and Kati Kochen.

All those attending the visitation are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing recommendations.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kimberly's name may be made to Grand View Hospice.
