He was predeceased by: his father David W. Halter, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Linda Nigh; his daughter Bella Halter; his father-in-law Lawrence Nigh (Larry); his siblings, David W. Halter, Jr., Monica Gail Halter and Heather Ann Farrell (Luke); his nieces and nephews, Abigail, Regan, Luke and Austin Halter; and the mother of his child Cristina Halter.
