He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian and Catherine Martinez James (Nally); and his siblings, Patricia Godshalk, Mary "Cookie" Blonsky, Catherine Buscher and Joseph Martinez.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jack Martinez (Kim) of Schwenksville and Dolores Maziarz (Frank) of Conshohocken. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
