He is survived by: his wife Linda Allen (Tubertini); his children, James B. Allen, Jr. (Kathleen) of West Point, NY and Angela Cronk (Dennis) of Green Lane, PA; and his grandchildren, James Allen, III and Alexandra Cronk.
