She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Allen and Francis Kathryn Koons (Crowell); and her brothers, Richard and Matthew Koons. She is survived by: her children, Zachary Alderfer (Stephanie), Aaron Alderfer (Stephanie) and Courtney Alderfer; her grandchildren, Charlotte, Madelyn, Carson and Abigail Alderfer; her siblings, Susan Osberg (John), Mark Koons, Andrew Koons and Marta Koons; and her stepmother Mary Jane Koons. She is also survived by nephews, cousins.
