He was predeceased by: his wife Margie Wagner (Culp); and his parents, Gilbert Wagner and Ethel Wagner (Ray). He is survived by: his daughter Nila Wagner of Schwenksville; his foster daughter Sondra Schwenk; and his siblings, Frieda Norris of Newmanstown, Evelyn Beatty of Mt. Union, Eileen Keiter of Harrisburg and Donald Wagner of Wellsville.
