She was predeceased by: her husband David E. Geist; her parents, Paul Murphy and Helen McCready (Vormund); her grandchildren, Joseph Bluhm III, Marisa and Alex Morales; and her brothers, Charles and Paul McCready.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara "Patti" (Joseph Bluhm) of Perkiomenville, Janet (Ivan Morales) of Perkiomenville, David of Perkiomenville and Daniel (Deirdre) of Glenside; her grandchildren, Victoria, Christopher, Gabriella Bluhm, Eliza, Evelyn 'Evie", Ivan Morales Jr., Katie and Callie Fighera; and her great grandchildren, Delilah and Eryn.
