He is survived by: his parent Caroline Walters; his children, Wilbur Walters, Jr. of Pottsville, Gail Hoffman (Ralph) of Pottsville, Charlotte Collins (Michael) of Schuylkill Haven and Cindy Walters of Pottsville; and his brother Harold Walters of Pottsville. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
