He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Marks Sr. and Lois Morgan Hall; and his stepfather Matthew Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, Alfred Marks, Jr. (Donna) and Rhonda Feno (Daniel); his cousin Pamela Russell (Scott); and his nieces, Krystle, Taylor Marks, Bryanna Knoll and Andria Roeder.
