Charters of Lancaster and Bailey R. Charters (Kara R.); her sister Heather Kenderdine of St. Clair; her nieces and nephews, Britney Neifert, Chelsea Kramer, Thomas Charters Jr., Sawyer Stook, Hazel Stook and Vera Stook; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Harper, Layla, Rylee, Brett Jr., Kevin and Thomas-Nash.
