She was predeceased by: her parent Kenneth Noll; and her granddaughter Cayla Cierra Turner. She is survived by: her parent Phyllis; her spouse William F. O'Neill, Jr.; her children, Alethea Alvarez-Viars, Port Carbon and Eric Alvarez; her wife Jamie Alvarez of Lusby, MD; her grandchildren, Gregory Viars, Cora, Laila, Dominic, Amelia Alvarez, Elijah Riggs, Maximus Riggs, Addisyn Smith, Adelle Burke, Tristan Burke, Lauren Watson, Justin Watson, Owen, Kellan and Reagan O'Neill; her sister Kyle Noll; her father-in-law William F. O'Neill, Sr.; and also, Willow Lake, Letitia Alvarez, Anthony Alvarez, Annville, Daniel O'Neill, Neill, Auburn and Schuylkill Haven. She is also survived by friends, extended family, a niece, great nieces and nephew.
