She is survived by: her parents, Donna Dzurek (Stokes) and William Dzurek of Orwigsburg; her husband Troy Faust; her children, Veronnica (Venu Padala), Ryan Frasnelli (Rachel Carusella) and Bryn Faust; her grandchildren, Victoria, Vanessa, Zoey, Mason, Jace and Kaden; and her siblings, Lynn, John, Michael and Donald. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
