It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Allan (Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 19, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Allan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parent Albert Neyer, Sr.; and her brothers, Earl Neyer and Albert Neyer Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Neyer (Hewlett); her children, Brian Allan (Dawn McMillen), Cressona, Bret Allan (Steph), Orwisburg Jr, Gavin R. Allan, Jr. (Melanie) and Pottsville; and her brother John Neyer (Linda). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
