She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Freeze Sr. and Evelyn Freeze (Holley); and her siblings, Helen Burke, Howard Freeze Jr. and Robert.
She is survived by: her husband John DeWitt (Schuylkill Haven); her daughters, Lynn Sinkovich (Wayne) of Palo Alto and Katie Saulino (Dave) of Collegeville; her stepsons, Brian DeWitt of Colorado and Christopher DeWitt of Schuylkill Haven; her grandchildren, Craig Sinkovich, Devon Sinkovich, Leo Saulino and Max Saulino; her sisters, Janet Muller, Barbara Post (Carl) and Karen Cortes (Senen); her sisters-in-law, Edna Freeze and Jan Fink (Steve); and her sister Kathleen McGowan (Hugh). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends.
