He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul W. Donati and Gertrude Donati (Zettlemoyer); and his brother John Donati. He is survived by: his wife Joann M. Donati (Kalyan); his children, Paul A. Donati, Jr. (Valerie) of Schuylkill Haven, David J. Donati of Auburn and Tina M. Guldin (Corey) of Pottsville; his grandchildren, Anthony, Amanda, Sarah, Bailey and Alexis; and his brothers, William Donati (Patricia) of Schuylkill Haven and Richard Donati (Cindy) of Orwigsburg.
