He is survived by: his spouse Jean Eileen Zemencik (Runkle); his son Jeff Zemencik of Finksburg, MD; his grandsons, Joshua and Gavin; and his sisters, Sandra Houck of Myrtle Beach, SC and Cheryl Sirianni of Schuylkill Haven.
