She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Foose and Alretta Laubach Foose; her siblings, Milford Foose of Schuylkill Haven, Charles Foose of Reading, Catherine Weiser of Schuylkill Haven and May Staller of Summit Station; her children, Frank Noecker (Judy, Carol Post) of Schuylkill Haven, Charles Noecker (Christine) of Schuylkill Haven and George Noecker (Tammy) of Schuylkill Haven; her sisters, Florence Moyer of Schuylkill Haven and Shirley Baker of Bethel; her grandchildren, Steven, Eric, Rachael, Lisa, Lori, Taunia, Ashley and Tanner; and her great grandchildren, Paige, Bryce and Kyrsten.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Mildred's name to music activities at Rosewood Nursing Home, 401 University Drive, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972.
