He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther R. Klinger and Arlene J. Binkley Klinger. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte J. Spancake; his daughters, Melinda (Cory Shollenberger) of Pine Grove and Valerie Floyd of Millersville; his grandchildren, Cameron Shollenberger, Kira Shollenberger of Pine Grove, Amber Floyd of Millersville and Bailey Floyd of Millersville; and his siblings, Kevin (Ann Klinger) of Pine Grove, Gary (Linda Klinger) of Bedford, Dean (Robin Klinger) of Schuylkill Haven and April (Dean Reinbold) of Pine Grove. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
