Phillips and Clare R. Phillips; and his children, Mary Phillips, Lorraine C. Phillips Johnston and Robert S. Phillips.
He is survived by: his caregiver Kimberly Long (Randy); and his daughter-in-law Danette Goshert (Rick). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
