He was predeceased by: his parents, Effie M. David (King) and Thomas L. David; his sister Dana David; and his nephews, Timothy David, Bob and Lynn Barlow.
He is survived by: his wife Angela M. David; his children, Amber David, Lisa Mendez (Kenny), Jonathan David (Emily Smith) and Robert Caldwell; his grandchildren, Kayla, Dominic, Alex, Jenna, Javian and Callie; his siblings, Thomas L. David, Jr., Angela Sacerdote and Regina Greyneck of Greensboro, PA; and his nephew Michael Sacerdote.
