He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Neyer, (Hulet) and Albert C. Neyer, Sr.; and his siblings, Albert C. Jr., Earl R. and Ruth Allan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Neyer (Scheipe); his children, Kathleen L. (Ronald Bromwell) of Schuylkill Haven, John Neyer Jr. of Perkasie, PA and Gregory A. Neyer of Towanda, PA; and his grandchild Mycaella Bromwell.
