She is survived by: her son Jeffrey A. Zemencik (Heather Oskowis) of Finksburg, MD; her grandsons, Gavin Zemencik of Finksburg, MD and Joshua Zemencik of Statesville, NC; and her brother Robert (Mary Beth Runkle) of Texas. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
