He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwendoline N. Reading (Woolmer) and John M. Reading; and his daughter Tammy Jo Reading. He is survived by: his wife Karen J. Reading (Krammes); his daughter Shelly D. Boyd; his close friend Douglas Adams of Gordon; his son Scott G. Reading (Trish Taylor) of Schuylkill Haven; his brother Brian Reading (Judy) of Schuylkill Haven; and his granddaughter Taylor G. Reading. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
