He is survived by: his parents, Donna Lengle Adams and Schuylkill Haven; his siblings, Kym Lamberth (Bill), Cory Adams (Terri), Schuylkill Haven and John Adams (Tamara); his half-sister Carla Miller (Andy); and also, Gary L. Adams Sr., Pine Grove and Womelsdorf. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
