She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence B. Ney and Lillian Ney (Hummel); her husband Melvin A. Phillips; her daughter Joanne Phillips Wingle; her son-in-law David Wingle; and her sister Geraldine Moyer.
She is survived by: her children, Randall (Susan Phillips) of Spring Hill, FL and Melanie (late John Reiff) of Brooksville, FL.; her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Margie), Gregory (Megan) and Amy (Corey Raia); and her great grandchildren, Taylor and Addison.
