She is survived by: her parent Edith Adam; her husband Wilbert; her children, Machelle Itle (Dan), Loretto, Nelson Moyer, Gail, Schuylkill Haven and Megan Shawver; her grandchildren, Zach, Simon, Zane, Grant, Kasey, Devon, Jordyn, Caden, Grace, Isaac, Eli and Samantha; her siblings, James, Delores Adam, Dennis, Eileen Adam and Barry Adam; and her friends, Helen Smeltz and Sarah Krick.
