He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edling and Mary Edling (Gehrig); and his son-in-law Ronald Loose. He is survived by: his daughters, Sally (Michael Traczuk) of Reading and Jean Loose (Robert Mawson); and his close friend Marian Reager of Schuylkill Haven. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
