She was predeceased by: her parents, Follmer Heckard and Margaret Heckard (Smarsky); her former husband Irvin Peiffer; her husband Rev. Daniel G. Kratz; and her siblings, Shirley Knight and James Heckard.
She is survived by: her brothers, Keith A. (Deborah Heckard) and Glenn (Mary Heckard); and her stepchildren, Rebecca (Neil Hoch), Lena Swanson and Jefferson Kratz. She is also survived by eight step-grandchildren, 8 step-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
