He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Adams, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Donna Adams of Schuylkill Haven and Lengle; his wife Terri Adams (Matthias); his children, Tyler Adams, Lauren Adams, Peyton Adams, Kacey Adams and Kayden DelRio; and his siblings, Kym Lamberth (Bill) and John Adams (Tamara).
