He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Reed and Edith Reed of Orwigsburg, PA.; his wife Marjorie "Beckie" Reed; and his siblings, Oliver, Francis Reed, Orva Krause and Faye Baronowski.
He is survived by: his brother Jay; and his sister-in-law Elaine Ackerman (Freeman). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grabowski Funeral Home (75 Memorial Dr, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at the Schuylkill Memorial Park (75 Memorial Dr, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972).
