He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie E. Potts and John H. Saylor; and his sister May Markley (Joseph). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Esther Driesbach Saylor; and his sons, Charles B. of Schuylkill Haven and Jeffrey A. Saylor of Schuylkill Haven.
