He is survived by: his parents, Harold Hoffman and Barbara Miller Hoffman; his children, Bradley of Pottsville, Destiny Hoffman of Schuylkill Haven and Gavin Hoffman of Schuylkill Haven; his sister Brandy Fredericks (Mike) of Pottsville; and also Sarah Schaeffer (Todd) of Schuylkill Haven.
