She was predeceased by : her husband Denton K. Lakatosh; and her parents, Stanley E. Wagner and Rosella F. Wagner (Altieri). She is survived by : her children, Brian D. Lakatosh of Macungie, Jane Ann Lakatosh and Julie A. (Anthony V. Matejicka II) of Lincroft, NJ; her grandchildren, Rachel Lakatosh Kunkel, Alyssa Rae Lakatosh, Anthony V. Matejicka III, Jared T. Matejicka and Jayden T. Matejicka; and her great grandchild Arianna Torres Lakatosh.
