It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Phillips (Schnecksville, Pennsylvania), born in Neffs, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 26, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert S. Phillips; and her parent Richard H. Schneck. She is survived by: her parent Helen C. Schneck (Ruch); her daughters, Jan P. Keeler (Kevin) of Emmaus, Jill A. Schaffer (Terry) of Jim Thorpe and Joy A. Snyder (Eric) of Brodheadsville; her siblings, Clair R. Schneck (Grace) of Slatington, Harold R. Schneck of Alabama, Melba M. Kuder of Neffs, Walter J. Schneck (Jackie) of Schnecksville and Arthur R. Schneck (Susan) of Neffs; her grandchildren, James, Alex, Kayla and Austin; her great grandchildren, Cole and Lily; and her granddaughter Karyssa.
