He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur E. Wieder and Isabella Wieder (Radeline); his grandson Zachary; and his siblings, James, Martin and Frances Fritz.
He is survived by: his wife Annie G. Wieder (Slack); his children, David A. (Marilou) of Schnecksville, Richard A. Jr. of Whitehall and Nancy A. Kinsell of Browns Summit, NC; and his grandchildren, Sarah (Matt), Andrea (Greg), Matthew Mark (Jess), Steven (Hannah), Justin, Cory and Nathan. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
