He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Klotzbach (Githens); his parents, Amor R. Klotzbach and Elizabeth Klotzbach (Kuhlthau); and his brother Amor Klotzbach. He is survived by: his daughter Terri L. Smith (Michael R.) of Schnecksville; his sisters, Karen Dinardo (Ronnie) of East Windsor, NJ and Denise Schaefer of Crosswicks, NJ; his grandchildren, Tarin Baust and David Klunk, Jr. of Andreas; his stepdaughter Brenda Ratnecht of Spring Grove; and his stepgrandsons, Troy, Tony and Toby Smith.
