He was predeceased by: his parent Amos A. Hummel. He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis J. Hummel (Royer); his parent Edith I. Hummel Brown (Knecht); his children, Eileen L. Makovsky (David) of Schnecksville, Barbara J. Kintz (James) of Walnutport, Lou Ann Sechler (Wayne) of New Tripoli, Donna L. Derrick (Russell) of Bowmanstown, Jeffrey T. Hummel (Fran) of Bath, David J. Hummel and Carol L. Hummel; and his sister Hattie H. Rumfield. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandsons.
