Palmer (Sarah) of Elkton, MD, Laurie E. Bonner (Steven) of Columbia, MD and Eric L. Palmer (Rebecca) of Oxford, PA; her grandson Allan N. Palmer of Elkton, MD.; and her brother Richard M. Heess (Elaine) of Lincoln University, PA. She is also survived by one niece, three nephews, and seven grandnieces and nephews.
