She is survived by: her husband Curtis C. Hoffman; her children, Beverly L. Wertman (Terry), Shelly M. Hafler (Gregory) and Jeffrey C. Hoffman; her granddaughters, Lyndy Rutkowski, Brittney Ferguson, Shelby Hafler and Abbey Hafler; and her great grandchildren, Jade Rutkowski and Rose Rutkowski.
