It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer K. Shaffer of Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer K. Shaffer and Helen M. Shaffer (Stauffer). He is survived by: his wife Lois A. Shaffer (Schneck); his children, John R. Shaffer (Cathy) of Schnecksville, Suzanne M. Fahler (Robert) of Schnecksville and Robert N. Shaffer (Shannon) of Slatington; and his sister Lois L. Bohner (Richard) of Allentown. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Union Evangelical Lutheran Church (5500 PA-873, Schnecksville, PA 18078). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
